It's hard to imagine it would, or maybe "operating" but halted from trading by then. I believe they would have to sell off their most valuable asset, passcreator to continue operating. Maybe a desperation RS and raise, if they can find enough suckers?

They need a Hail Mary. If they do get FINS out on time, we'll have a better idea.
