You could have pointed out , plans don't always work as Mathieu Martin does.

Here's a personal experience , I once owned stock in a company called International Road Dynamics which had a geriatric board. If I remember right four were in their 70s, one ( the founder) was in his eighties and the others were late fifties or early sixties. I had concerns.
Company got a very good buyout at $4.25.
Yes , I'm disappointed by results. Yes , I wouldn't mind some board changes, i wouldn't change the chair.
