The ASDP is automatic and I believe the Sept. 17, 2024 NI 45-102F1 filing expires today or tomorrow.

The NCIB filed Oct. 6, 2023 expired on Oct. 5, 2024.

Mr. Pascali/Mellon Trust ought to file a new NI 45-102F1 ASDP asap.
