RE:RE:RE:RE:I rather have the Dividend Cut than the company take on DEBTjoebravo, it depends on the REASON for the Dividend Cut if it happens. YES, most of the time when a company cuts the dividend the share price drops, that's because most of the time the REASON for the cut is because the company can NOT pay it.
This is not the case with PXT.
Many companies don't even pay a dividend and thier share price keep rising.
PXT is paying out CASH FLOW...... The Dividend, PLUS Buybacks, PLUS Capital Expenditure.
Again all out of Cash Flow/Profits mostly.
If the company did cut the dividend to build back up the balance sheet, Yes the share price probably will drop because of people like you, but then I expect the share price to rebound sharply as more buyers will come in to buy BECAUSE.............
They understand the share value will increase more rapidly because the company will be stronger and increasing in value more rapidly.
