RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. RCT-01 provides a source of collagen expressing cells to the site of injury, addressing the underlying cause of tendinosis. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

RPINVESTOR: i think your point is not valid.
if AS wanted to Buy the company for his own he could have give a Price Tag of 250k now and do the voting. 

Why he should use another Second Company?
He could make a criminal deal with the Board members and just Sell the Company now for 250k or whatever to his private company...
