More nonsense from professor

More nonsense from professor

quinlash.
First of all - you need to 'research' the differences between a short and a margin player.

As for weekend news - companys do not release good news on the weekend, it's foolish to suggest that. They would lose the hype and potential positive impact with markets closed.

They release bad news after close on Fridays/weekend in the hope that it will dissipate over the weekend and have less impact on share price Monday morning. Quinlash's Hexo and Zenabis released their financials on Fridays after close, long weekends when possible

There are investors in general, who sell certain sectors on Friday as a matter of course- in case of negative news or events.

As usual - professor quinlash gets it part right, but just doesn't grasp the full picture - resulting in misleading, inaccurate information.

Be cautious when he provide % signs or ratios on TJRY - but even though he's 'run the numbers thru his Excel spreadsheet', the info is likely questionable

RE:RE:Great comeback quinlalsh - your defense of yet another

Maybe, just maybe, as part of your research into how a Short position differs from aLlong position you came across a note where it states that many margin players (Short Positions) buy back their shorts (cover) prior to a weekend in the event that good / positive / bullish news is released after market close on a Friday or prior to market open in a Monday.
