SPB announced that Philippon was leaving SPB on July 2nd.

The SPB share price has dropped so much that I'm considering taking a look as the company is about as boring as it gets.  I can live with boring if the math works.

I typically do a deep dive before taking position, especially in small caps where liquidity can be an issue.

I hope I can find answers here to a couple of questions that might help me decide to take a look:

1) Does anyone know how many SPB shares Philippon had before leaving and how many he has now?

2) How has the Centarus acquistioin worked out?  The Press Release talked about how the CNG and RNG and Hydrogen would enhance SPB's product offerings.  PR's are like good intentions as some of them pay out while others don't
