If Biden is a true team player he would release the 2.0 Cole memo before the election, we are 12 days away, time is ticking. With out question it would help Kamela Harris. Will he? Will Schumer give SAFE Banking a floor vote during the lame duck session? None of this is baked into the stock price nor is YES on3. Will the Democrats step up and do something for America on cannabis? Market makers are giving it close to a 0% on it happening.. I hope they are wrong.
