Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

The only relevant news release in almost a year $4M dilution of shareholders.
The only relevant news in over a year was the approval of the PDP.
Silence is a deadly matter, especially when it comes to this management team.

If the water issues had "absolutely zero" bearing on the project moving forward, then guess what?
These project approvals have timed out.
The CEO said it, not the City.

Remember the dividend policy announcement?
Well, that news doesn't count because they denied the information in the latest SEC 20F filing.
