Looking forward to some big news soon! Either Scarborough Junction or 49 Ontario will be big for us unitholders. The distribution reinstatement is a bonus, but either way that money is being retained in the business and unitholders are retaining it either way.

I will add to this, No GST on new apartment builds, as well as CMHC loans are non-recourse. Dream is one of very few on CMHCs fast approval regular developer program.
