Regardless, TKRY is a Canadian cannabis LP - legalization if dclared tomorrow would still be two years away from finalization and enactment. Meantime, MSOs will enjoy the benfits immediatley as they simply carry on in a less restrictibve environment.
A Canadian company such as TSRY has no guarantee of entry to the US cannabis market - but even if allowed federally, they would still be required to get additional approval from each and every state.
I think if you want to be in the US cannabis sector - the intelligent move would be US MSOs, who already operate in 40 legalized states, not hold for years to come in a dead money Canadian market.
