If I didn't make the cut, I can post for days.

If I didn't make the cut, I can post for days. The  current president of NEXG is stepping aside for a little while.  He has been working on this deal 7 and a half days a week for a long time.  He wants to spend some tme with his son.

He will stll be a board member, and he states that he will not be a board member who goes to a meeting every 3 months.  i forget the wording... but he will be much more hands on.

but... spending some time with his son.

It makes me wonder if Kevin as CEO is a permanent thing?  Or could it be possible that the deal was negotiated with Kevin being CEO for a little while.  Whlle Morgan Lekstrom takes a break for a while.

Would Kevin get severance from SGNL after the Merger?  If he only lasts a certain amount of time with NEXG, would he be entitiled to severance from them as well?

I don't know... but I throw these ideas out as brainstorming.  What is possible?
