RE:RE:RE:RE:News is out there ...!
We already know the pace at which the small orders have been coming in. The backlog to start the FY was 18.7 million, and on 18 September it was 21.3 million. Since there were no contracts announced during that time, this equals 2.6 million in unannounced sales. This is about 650 thousand per month since the start of the FY which is below the average of about a million per month that the company had been hitting throughout the last FY.
The data that we're missing is the unannounced sales from 18 Sep until now. Ideally it's more than 650 grand, but it would be unreasonable to expect it to be a couple of millions.
If things stay more or less the same, we can expect FY revenue of about 25.5 MM. This is the 21.3 MM backlog plus about half of the 2.2 MM project that was announced at the end of Sept, plus around 5 X 650 thousand for the small stuff.
The key to achieving some growth this year will therefore be the custom orders, they really need to ramp them back up. I'm not sure why they fell; maybe it was just the summer doldrums, but ideally they can get back to a million or more per month. Also keep in mind that custom revenue is recognized when products are shipped, and it takes 3-6 months to ship an order.
There is also the possibility that they sign some 9 month turnkey projects. They have done a few of these in the past. If they can sign a couple of these in the near future, some of the revenue from them would hit this FY.
