RE:The definitive dividend payout ration question is ANSWERED!I am growing weary of all comments about inability to pay dividend, lets just end discussion, by decreasing our dividend by 2% then we are the same as TELUS, where the Stockhouse board members never make any comments about their inability to pay their corporate dividends. END OF MATTER. A small decline but we will continue to repay debt and market should view this with a positive result, me thinks... 

I am a BCE shareholder and neither a Rogers or TELUS shareholder, but I do look at other boards, folks.
