The Rozino project is situated within the in southeast Bulgaria's Ivaylovgrad municipality.

Never thought delisting as an option.  I Wonder if this deal includes the newly signed Toledo option? either way they are back to square one again. Dundee bought in at approx 50 cents 5 years ago.  Doubt they would be happy with delisting at  present market cap. 18-19 cents  

Henderson seems more focused on Latin Metals anway. He really needs to be replaced.
