It also owns an interest in approximately 79 hotel condominium units at WorldQuest Resort in Orlando, Florida (WorldQuest), approximately 15.1 % ownership in OpenKey, Inc. and approximately 32.5% ownership in 815 Commerce Managing Member, LLC. Ashford Hospitality Advisors LLC is the investment advisor of the Company.
