Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

Normaly I view bears as useless bottom dwelling trolls that have that have no lives, purpose or other places to waste their time than to bash stocks they don't own or hold positions against. Yet, if they have incentivized an obviously well informed and articulate poster such as yourself to come to its defense then I would say they are actually aiding in the BCE cause as you easily diffuse and negate any and all uninformed comments they have managed to throw at it.
