RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Unlike previous years

Hey now that the Lord has come on to thee with valuable investment advice, can get him to turn his attention to oh, say, a few million starving kids in Africa and maybe help them out next? Thanks!

In all seriousness though, I will agree with one thing. Net asset Value seems to mean alot less nowadays to the SP of a company.

the example I think of is Crew Energy (gas co. But makes the NAV /disconnect point) .

Huge portfolio of drilled Condensate Rich lands in the Montney gas play. On paper with recent Land sales in area, their pkg had NAV of proven & probable at around 17.00/share.

of course, to unlock the value of their lands, they needed to build out Gas plant. Either taking on debt, or real slow over time or JV.

of course, Tourmaline scooped them up well before these NAV values could be seen by Long investors, grabbed CR for $6.69/sh

Point I'm making is I saw the disconnect and happened to time purchase (700,000@ .40/sh) pretty good.

in the end, it's still a 15 bagger for me and did real well with it, even though I never saw it's true NAV or even close to it.

Regarding IAU:

Ewan and team have put together an amazing portfolio of Gold & Silver. It's in the ground (verified) and we're likely going to find out there's a lot more of it.

Best of all the Co. We're invested in owns it.The NAV is there. Will we see it's full value? Not likely. There is a bumpy road between now and bars of Bullion. Debt / Dilution / JV or takeover? Any of the three can happen or all of them.

What we've invested in here folks (at the end of the day) is PEOPLE.

Does Ewan have a good track record getting deals done & take over?  Sure does.

How about New CEO Mr. Young? Great track record.

There is a pathway forward to unlock the value of what's in the ground. These guys will navigate us through that path. Our job as investors is to time the start and stop right.

Right now I have slightly more shares than CEO, and he's paid more for his shares than I did for mine, so, I'm of the opinion I probably got my timing right, again.

And, the only thing that will tell if I'm right is: Time!
