i-80 Gold Corp. is a mining company. The Company is a gold and silver producer engaged in the exploration, development and production of gold, silver mineral and poly-metallic deposits. Its operations include Lone Tree, Ruby Hill, Granite Creek and McCoy-Cove. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Lone Tree and Buffalo Mountain gold deposits and Lone Tree processing complex (collectively, the Lone Tree Project). The total land package of the Lone Tree property consists of approximately 12,000 acres. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Unlike previous yearsDoesn't matter!  What matters is how much share dilution you're going to get in order to come up with $300 million just for the autoclave.  How much more debt/dilution will there be to get a single asset into production?  What will be the ulitimate share count?  1 billion?  If it is then you need to do the math on all those wonderful ounces a mile underground and divided by a billion.  This is exactly why you NEVER bet on companies like this unless and iuntil ALL the feasibility studies are in and financing is secured.  Right now you have nothing other than some drill holes, assays and some unnamed JV suitor who might as well rake I80 over the coals if they even go ahead with some joint venture.

The infrastructure is completely worthless as is ounces in the ground until there's a plan, the money, the economics etc to harvest the resource....full stop.  If and when you have those I80 might be worth "investing" in but until then it's nothing but a lottery ticket or dice roll.
