Hemp is legal in the US - and yes, Tilray sells hemp products in the country.
The hemp delta 9 beverages contain a 'trace' of THC, which is legal thru a loophole in the Farm Bill - but below a certain threshold. Many states ban delta9 - and more are taking legal action to close the loophole.
To state that Tilray can legally sell THC - beverage or otherwise - is a ridiculous and false thing to post. But then again, when it comes from someone who bought 60,000 Medmden shares at $1.72 and said the company was a 'diamond mine' just weeks before itd eclared bankrutcy - it's par for the course.

The answer is that at least by one measure, it is now legal to buy intoxicating-weed products everywhere in the United States. For one thing, in many states where sales of traditional weed are banned, products that qualify as containing hemp are available. Further, products that qualify as containing only hemp can apparently be ordered and shipped to any home address in any state.
