a lot of nice sounding wprds quinlash, butno meat on the bone - and nothing to support your post.
Investors apparently ARE looking at the fundamentals - and they're seeing something different than you. Exactly what fundamentals are you finding positive?
Regardless - your point on spelling is irrelevant and childish.
Insider buying? TKRY insiders don't buy with their own cash - if they had confidence in the company, they would - especially at 5 year low share prices. As for acquisitions - the share price DID NOT move up whatsoever with the craft beer announcements, the Truss announcmenet - even the Hexo announcement.
What is the acquisition you predcited would annoucned 6 months ago - within the week you said - more failing craft brewers?
The CEO has said a lot of things - most of which are vague, no substance talking points. The acquisitions he's made have shown incompetence and poor business deciion making with no comprehensive strategic plan. WHERE is the money coming from to make any significant acquisition - another ATM, because he's already spent 1/2 of the last $250 million.
Book value is used to determine what is left over when a business shuts down. While it CAN signal an under valued company - it's by no means an accurate measure. You need to find a new talking point, like the PS Ratio - you do not understand basic investment calcualtions and their purpsoe.
What is the book value that you are using when saying TJRY is 'under book value'?
As for products 'you really like' - you've stated numerous times that you do not use THC products, only CBD for joint relief. Are you suggesting that investors risk their cash because they like the taste of some gummies and gel capsules.

RE:RE:Old Willie
If investors were looking at fundamentals the price would hold steady and gradually increase however I'm not convinced many are looking, especially when we have folks on the forum who can't even get the ticker symbol right. Not pointing fingers but we all know who that is.
IMHO a big round of insider buying (big enough for headlines) will kick in better pricing and / or big news on a joint venture or merger / acquisition.
Recent CEO interviews elude to another acquisition so depending on who they buy and what the immediate benefit looks like we will see the market react.
There's a notable upside simply on book value. Others in the sector with lower revenue are trading at book ratios over 1, TLRY is under that.
Regardless, I'm holding in there. TLRY has products I really like and I'm very optimistic that they will do well and better shareprices will come (eventually)
