Which is exactly what he stated would happen in the City water case.
And Solargram Farms!
And Captiva Verde Land!
And the Water District Board Grand Jury indictment!
And the various Montalva Solar cases!
And obviously he felt the legal threats recently by Strasser & Co. were unwinnable, so forked over a percentage of the company!

Hum, I suppose I'll have to just take that comment with a grain of salt for some reason.
