Good guy...obviously very knowledgable...Alya seems to be the original they vended into and he was CFO of that entity. Seems like Atul kept him around all these years. His expertise seems to be in taking companies public - see his current one on Nasdaq amazing run from $4 to $30...wow i want to invest in his next deal!!!
