RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MEIA 2024 Cleantech ConferenceI figure because they continually look for new things in their business environment and have done this dance countless times before.  They know when to jump in and how....they are not just a passenger, they know more about fumed silica than HPQ, and this is not a criticism.

The wait won't be long until it is time to sign something more concrete and tangible, so that should not be a cause for frustration IMO.
