Just do some exercise to burn off the calories) Top the peroghies with sour cream or yogurt ( both fermented like the saurkraut) and for source of protein sone good ham/garlic Uki saysage from Mundaire, Alberta or of equal quality. No need for vaccines. That's why they're beating the heck out of the Russians. Probably have great domestic beer as well cause they grow so many grains like barley. But we never see it in Canada. Probably the best in the world.
