RE:RE:BioVaxys (BIOV) Biotech is an Alternative Investment To GoldAccording to Tom D'Orazio, CEO of SpayVac,
BioVaxys will get a single digit royalty (from net sales) when SpayVac gets into commercial production with their animal sterilization product. He didn't specify the exact percentage of the revenue steam that BioVaxys would get but it could range anyway from a one to nine percentage royalty payment.
In the mining space it is quite common for the payment of NSR fees to be paid to holders of these streams to paid first after the miner has received revenue from its production.
And that royalty is so lucretive, that some companies in the mining space focus solely on acquiring as many of them as possible.
So it stands to reason that many such licensee agreements could be made using BioVaxys's patented technology.
This is just a reminder about a small part of what BioVaxys will be offering to its shareholders in the future.
Once such royalties start to be received, BioVaxys will be freed from the constant burden of making a constant series of private placements like a junior explorer would have to do in the mining space.
Tom D'Orazio in his video presentation mentions that the market for animal sterilization products will be huge in the future. He is quite excited about his company's prospects in this regard and has no qualms about paying a fair royalty to BioVaxys for the use of its very valuable pharmaceutical technology!
Many countries like India have a multitude of pesky animals like wild dogs or cats running amok in their communities often carrying disease which could be spread to the human population if their numbers are not better controlled. However, ethical or social contrictions often make a normal process of control like extermination less socially acceptable. Why poison them when they can simply be innoculated? Poison can get into the environment! What country would wants such a hazard?
Pest control in many countries will be the first and least restrictive means to get commercial development underway for SpayVac and that could happen soon!
Animal sterilization in the food sector is also important as a source of significant revenue because pregnant animals do not grow as large as they could! We all know about the need to snip the testicles from bulls when they serve no breeding purpose.
What better way is there to restrict the spread of pesky animal pests or increase the size of animals with an effective one shot vaccination process that is easily accomplished!
When it comes to contained and isolated fish whose size needs to be maximized, why not use water proof lipid nano particles containing sterilization drugs added to their feed? Just an idea. Cool if it could work! SpayVac is currently working on some kind of solution to the problem.
Sterilization of pets at home will come a few years later since more trials are needed. A biotech partner with SpayVac may be necessary to bring such necessary trials to fruition. Companion animals are often considered like 'family' for many people. But they are more than willing to pay almost any price when their veterinarian care becomes essential. Why not give them a quick needle instead of a painful, costly and traumatic surgical procedure?
BioVaxys has a similar deal with Zoetis with respect to beef cattle as the one they have made with SpayVac. This company is huge and when it fully studies the financial prospects of the commercialization of the same kind of product it stands to reason that they will also move ahead rapidly with such commercial sales. Those kind of dollars really do add up!
This is only one licence idea that BioVaxys will exploit to financial advantage. They may soon be working on others as more partners come to the table.
The company will be continuing to work on the further development of its already large portfolio of biotech vaccines that it hopes to bring into production on its own or with very willing partners!
Listen to Tom D'Orazio, CEO of SpayVac in his video presentation once again! It's a very interesting discussion!
