The nuts and bolts of this is
Bell just secured their asks (30% markup) and now have small guys like Tek Savvy who can sell the Bell services to customers while Bell makes a profit on it.
In a way this just creates a marketplace for Bell to allow others to absorb the costs of sales, commissions, retail footprint, and customer service and collections etc. while selling Bell services.
What % of the market can Bell retain (as opposed to going with cable) through the value add resellers...
