Yes, Flyht is not allowed to look for other bids. They will, however, have talked to potential candidates earlier (Teledyne and L3 Harris for example). Others, who will have seen the news of the current may be candidates. I think the possibility of a better offer coming in is high and think that Flyht will put off the vote on the current deal as long as possible.

I have not decided yet on how I will vote. The current deal may well fail to get 66% in any case. If it does, I think Firan would up the offer, but we cannot be sure.

Meanwhile I wait to see the eventual outcome.
