CAinPLap, good point.
The email said financing close early November, what happen to the SP if TLT management announce that they have received the green light for BTD submission before the financing close?
The SP could go over 0.30$ and maybe over the 0.38$ hight.
Early November, plenty of time for the FDA giving the green light for the BTD submission.
