Shares for debt.....

Shares for debt.....If there were no hold restrictions on those shares it would not take much  ( a dropping ask ) to scare the holders into cashing in.....and forcing the share price down in order to preserve their cash return.  No one has confirmed as to wether the shares had a hold period or not.
