RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VoltaExplore pause may be a blessing...s2000duck,
Anyway you want to slice it, this coming Q1 2025 financials release is most likely going to be disappointing, i.e. I expect the VoltaXplore contrubution to the NanoXplore balance sheet losses would still be unreasonably high, both on a quarter over quarter and especially on a fiscal 2025 basis.
We understand that a mere reduction of losses attributable to VoltaXplore of - 9.9% or so, as compared to the prior fiscal year, would still have VoltaXplore contributing roughly $2.6 Million in losses for the fiscal year 2025 or perhaps very roughly $650,000.00 per quarter; and that is just from VoltaXplore' contribution to NanoXplore balance sheet losses alone. It's not including any losses derived from operating the remainder of the company business segments.
What's more, as was understood to be the case, Martinrea International was previously fully compensated, specifically at the time the purchase by NanoXplore of that 50% of VoltaXplore had been consummated during fiscal 2023. $10 Million worth of NanoXplore shares capital was distributed during fiscal 2023 to Martinrea International, again for the 50% ownership of the VoltaXplore enterprise; and there was no cash exchanged for that 50% VoltaXplore ownership.
There exists a glaring discrepancy in respect of NanoXplore once again booking, during 2024 fiscal year, the overwhelming majority of that $2.8 Million + loss as being attributable to NanoXplore having purchased that 50% VoltaXplore equity ownership from Martinrea International Inc.
We note there was no restatement of NanoXplore' 2023 financials, serving to declare that carried forward, specifically into 2024, $2 Million+ expenditure relating to the VoltaXplore deal in question, a deal which was fully consummated during 2023.
Alas, it's likely also such kinds of bullpucky maneuvers on the part of NanoXplore management which, in my opinion, also keep would be NanoXplore equities investors, both retail and institutional, from entertaining the purchase of any NanoXplore equity investment.
To reiterate, Q1 2025 financials likely won't be disasterous; and yet, I don't expect them to be all that good either.
