RE:Tidbits for RJX

RE:Tidbits for RJX

The area still supports a working diamond hunt. For the past few years, Glenn Kasner's RJK Explorations Ltd. (RJX: $0.035) has been seeking a source for the Nipissing diamond, an 800-carat gem that turned up in a farmer's field just south of Cobalt in the early 1900s. RJK's work has yielded several microdiamonds so far, although its cash-starved effort has been sputtering lately.

Nevertheless, RJK is beavering away on a placement that would raise enough cash to drill a target on a newly acquired property in Bucke township, immediately north of Cobalt. Mr. Kasner, the company's CEO, is also a veteran promoter, so like Mr. Nelson, he smears his enthusiasm across multiple commodities as he arranges for the cash to cover the "drilling of potential kimberlite, base and precious metal targets" in the Cobalt area.
