RE:Share Buyback ....TVIRD doesn't own TVI. TVI owns TVIRD. The structure for these companies and their multiple shells is quite the maze if you ask me. Though TVIRD might have some money, we don't konw, they're not public, they can't do a 'buyback' on TVI shares that would reduce the float. It's not within their purview. If they buy TVI shares, it's to own TVI, or reduce TVI's ownership of TVIRD (bad for us).
TVI though, they could do a buyback, but they don't even have any money to keep the lights on at the moment and to my knowledge, TVIRD has not restarted giving dividends to TVI so a share buyback is unlikely to happen.
Don't get me wrong, I would love for that to happen. My biggest fear's a reverse split, where go could go back up to .10c say, on a 10-1 ratio, or worse, and then start dropping again.
We are years away from seeing anything positive imho.
