RE:RE:Thoughts on SPBCondor...if we are in a scenario where Brookfield is making a move, based on what happened in the case of IPL, I don't see a takeover price that high.  Your numbers are consistent/realistic with a normal takeover but Brookfield seems to find a way to get what they want without much of a premium.

By holding the preferreds they are protected in any scenario so they can be tough and not get a bloody nose.

What I find very curious is that Brookfield is well connected to The Street and if they are buying to get their 10%, why are a few brokerage houses still sending out buy recommendations?  Conflicting signals to say the least!!

Soooo...as I said before - when I can't figure out what is going on I sit till it becomes clear and if I miss out then Oh Well (better than losing a bundle).
