Chefboy, you wrote ' we shareholders have no power in the mkt'...We FLY holders can vote NO, and that's power, we can force Firan to pay a fairer price, or stay independent ( 3 million in treasury )....that was my direct answer to your point.
The only growth Firan has, it buys - borrows $$ and buys add-ons...really low margin add-ons. NO reason to own Firan UNLESS it buys FLY........Firan is the sort of company that appeals to those who read headlines, not financials.
