FTG Aerospace manufactures and repairs illuminated cockpit panels, keyboards and electronic assemblies for original equipment manufacturers of aerospace and defense equipment. FTG Aerospace has operations in Toronto, Ontario, Chatsworth, California, and Tianjin, China. FTG Circuits products include high temperature rigid flex, rigid flex and assembly, and thermal management. FTG Aerospace products include aerospace chassis and assembly, backlit control panels, and backlit control panel assemblies.

Firan is the superior company judging by the cash flows, profits, debt levels, share price and other metrics. Obviously Flyht has potential and the only people upset that Firan got a good deal on the acquisition are disgruntled holders of Flyht. As a Firan holder I'm happy with the acquisition. Glta.
