@Davinator- kinda looks like they are providing a sufficiently high estimate of true share price ($1.30) to confirm Xtract is undervalued , while at the same time, they suppress the SP so that Xtract will never be able to achieve it.

I could be way off, but it looks like they are trying to engineer a favourable environment for a buyout.
