Yes 

They did not attract the ex Newmont Mining big guy as their new chairman of the board a few months ago because he was bored.  He is known for dealing and wheeling in this space.  He helped build Newmont.   Convinced from this BNN interview today that NGD is not doing any buying.  They are the ones who will be bought out.  Time will tell.

Also keep in mind,  the miners always lag the spot price of gold.   History shows the miners start getting into their bull run 6 months to 1 year after a gold price bull run has started.  The miners are significantly undervalued compared to the spot price of gold imo.  Take a look at the last gold bull run and what happened around the period 2010 to 2012.  Take it for what it's worth.
