Another Incredible Acquisition!Just saw this now. Does this esentially almost DOUBLE their client base from 1000 to 1800 almost overnight, partnering with a solid reputable, diverse and like-mided company that's been established for almost 25 years, nringing Vital's combined ARR closer to $70M by 3rd quarter, likely $75M by end of year, only 3 months away. We haven't even seen the Medcurrent vision come to fruition yet and they are in gobble mode in a huge way. This changes the landscape considerably imo. End of 2025 should see the magic number approaching 100 MIllion in Annual recurring revenues in a super sticky niche business that others can only pray to enter because it's so difficult, not to mention the obvious compliance and red tape being healthcare and hospitals. Vital's proving their deluge of software solutions hold the key to effiencient care and saving time and money in a space that truly needs it. The experts in their fields seem to be kept aboard as well with every acquisition, making the brain power that much more powerful when adopting synergies and ramping up solutions. I wold love to see the inside work of how they manage to get all of this accomplished, but it seem to be rather seamless even with the seemingly ginormous task required to do so. ARR increases an average of $5M/quarter by the looks of it, without new business. I would expect current clients to add into 2025, let alone renew as PLUS Vital signing new business. Being almost a $10 stock, Institutional interest should increase as well as retail investor interest once media begins touting the fast appraoching $100M ARR mark. I've been an investor here since 2017 and wow I could see it, but It was hard to believe they could actually do it. Vital is now onto something big and I now fully expect them to deliver for shareholders. It should be given a multiple based on ARR, not earnings as earnings will come, let alone a takeover. $18/share is not out of the question in 2025 imo. Go Vital. Medcurrent, Strata, the promise is being delivered and heavy competition is now a part of the build. Long! and so is current management who hasn't sold a share. not a lot of free float for the taking either makes for another interesting play by markets. Strata cost $32M and Vital still has $35M in dry powder. Goodness. Looking like a powerful sub navigating murkey waters with a clear scope. Love the direction. Well done team! Just my 2 cents at a glance, my numbers could be off slightly. GLA Did I mention we've blown past every analyst bullish price, BEFORE this announcement? Expect them all to revise upward in shock. Vital, the new shock stock. When the rest of the world finds out, they'll look back at the chart wondering how they missed this little company. Little...Ha!
