Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. If Trump wins, the road leads to inflation. If Kamala Harris wins the road leads to inflation. Hence my post, all roads lead to inflation. 

The US has over $35 trillion in debt with interest payments on the debt at around $1 trillion. That's $ 1 trillion that adds to the money supply each year at prevailing rates. This is highly inflationary and unless there is a hard landing, we will see upward pressure on interest rates. Keep in mind that core cpi is telling us that inflation is still stuck above 3%.
