Your comment is irrelevant to my post - everyone is aware what Trump and Harris said, what I said was that legalization is not a top 10 election issue.
Regardless - TKRY as a Canadian cannabis LP had no guarantee of access to the US market with passage of that legislation - which remains years away, Harris is not an autocrat dictator who can do whatever she wants. (Trump might be another matter)
It will remain at the individual State level as to what's sold and how in their state.
