The Short Strategy.......

The Short Strategy.......Post by Gangsterme on Oct 31, 2024 7:49am
The property keeps growing
More and more gold in the ground. And they increase to 8 drills operating. We will be getting mor results well into 2025. Will lead to people watching this and wonder about the recent huge volume of trading.

___________

Yes, there have been much larger bids, and much heavier bids for a number of levels down for weeks and weeks it seems.

Never-the -less, the Shorts appear to have increased their game over this entire summer and continuing.

The 'Iceberg' out fit, mysterious as it is ( one man operation?) issued what seems like a copy cat, so called "analysis', of the small London outfit's 'analysis' where they have been dissing NFG for about 3 years now., with the same story, regardless of how much gold intercepts NFG hits......Their story hasn't changed in three years., in spite of the tremendous success NFG has had.

I believe it is the Short position that has driven NFG shares down over the summer and to date. They increased their short position significantly, and it all corresponds to the down movement of NFG stock.

It is part of their strategy to push down NFG on the release of good news.

It seems to me that their strategy is to push NFG down, especially on days of news releases. I think their game plan is to push down the share price and make the chart look bad, and discourage NFG shareholders, and potential new shareholders.

The fundamentals still seem bright for NFG's discovery of commercial gold deposits. But, the strategy is to overshadow the fundamental story with a discouraging stock price action.

We know there is a Niche Industry of shorting Canadian Resource exploration stocks.

The question us whether the Short positionnis utilizing their manipulation tactics to drive the price down I'm order to further the interests of some Big Player accumulating NFG stock, such as some Big Gold outfit.

Or, the other possibility is that the Short is confident in its ability to keep the stock price subdued, thus reaping profits, knowing that they have opportunities to buy back shares sold short during times of financing.

They are experienced operators as Shorts in the Canadian Resource exploration space.

Their risk is a BIG EVENT at NFG, something they can't control.
