RE:RE:Sedi releaseNicely done lscfa. Back in the day, these "under the radar" financings were called "gypsy swaps". 

Infuriating that Lisa & Scott were claiming: no need for financing, pursuing a nasdaq listing, profitability, etc. 

Incredible misrepresentation and incompetence.
