- YES, 75,000 bbls/d was CONTRACTED to PetroChina who NOW SOLD their BOOKED CAPACITY to CNQ who will have NO PROBLEM shipping BOTH WCS and SCO on their 169,000 bbls/d TRANSPORTING COMMITMENTS on TMX {including the 75,000 bbls/d SHIFTED from PetroChina}

- what about the other TMX shippers ?

- unlike the COMMON CARRIER NOMINATION ENB MAINLINE, TMX is a FIXED PAY CONTRACT

* you have TO PAY the TRANSPORT FEES EVEN IF you DO NOT SHIP any PRODUCT in the TMX pipeline

- however, 20% of the 590,000 bbls/d TMX CAPACITY {118,000 bbls/d} is RESERVED for MONTHLY NOMINATION
