I would NOT agree. He publically reported that he sold a "significant : # shares in spring 2021
when he stated that the price then of over $3.20 / share was not warranted. as he said that day

Since then he stated publically on that Agoara .com and to me in an e-mail that he still had "millons"
of shares about a year ago, and NO insider sales have been recorded.

Only that BUY of about 1.5 million last january by some one
