They have made ONE shipment of cannabis to a university for research - 4-5 years ago.
Federal legalization or not - the individual states control who does commerce in their state. TKRY or TLRY are not guaranteed access to the US regardless - and Trump or Harris - full legalization is years away.
If rescheduling is passed - full federal legalization may never happen
