Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

LAUGH OR CRY?Ive spent all evening planning my buy prices for tomorrow, assuming this sickening funk will go on for the 8th straight session tomorrow, with many reits down 2% again...

Tomorrow, Artis/PRV can very easily hit a 8% yield on another red day, SRU 7.5%, nwh 7%...Riocan & HR 6%.  REIT yields going back to high yield as canadian borrowing rates just lowered 50bp last week and at least one more cut around the corner...ABSOLUTELY NUTS

I think I may welcome antoher down day tomorrow to scoop up those shares.  DZ are you in?
