RE:At least the dividend is looking better

RE:At least the dividend is looking betterJust wait... queue the army of talking heads on BNN and company insiders to push a narrative that it doesn't make sense to pay dividends and that company should instead focus on reducing debt and cancelling shares.  I sincerely hope they don't play this card as I don't think the market and investors will tolerate.  Too many are wise to the rinse and repeat tactic that always results in kicking a meaningful return to shareholders down the road.  Market gave the CEO the benefit of the doubt and was finally after many years coming around and showing support. CEO and board wiped it all away. If VRN is at all concerned about market sentiment, I don't see the CEO and many board members recovering from this misstep.  Time for them to take a walk in the snow.
