I think $4.50 to $5.0 net book value per share is about the right range with the TauRx revalue and increased value of mining investments. Worth noting the Borborema investment and equity accounted investments mining investments are carried on book well below market value.

If Dundee can steadily grow NBV per share the stock will follow and hopefully over time DC.A's discount vs NBV per share will shrink.
