RE:Wonder what retired US General LAC has onboard?GripnRip,
What does that 2.26 Billion loan from the U.S. DOE Loans Programs Office for Lithium Americas have to do with the General Albert C. Zapanta and his being a senior advisor the Northern Graphite Corporation Board of Directors representatives?
The Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (“ ATVM ”) Loan Program (the “ DOE Loan ”) for financing the construction of U.S. based processing/manufacturing facilities is not applicable to Canadian based companies.
There is, however, the U.S International Development Finance Corporation, a U.S. Government funded entity that can and has in fact provide well upwards of $200 Million in loans for a determined to be strategically imperative to the preservation of U.S. National economic security and therefore most worthy "U.S. National Security" strategic elements mining (graphite) project just about anywhere in the world, especially Canada, Africa, Brazil, etc.
I'll reiterate. As clearly indicated by the company share price collapse since the retired Maj General Albert C. Zapanta was brought on as an advisor to the company Board of Directors, there may have been little the Major General Albert C. Zapanta (retired) could do for Northern Graphite Corporation.
Although, I do have to say that the NGC.V share price being kept this low for this long could have been providing the necessary opportunity for some made to become highly interested party or parties to slowly and necessarily "on the sly" have tranches of NGC.V shares collected and placed aside "in trust" for future eventualities, so to speak.
